骨類食品加工廢水處理工藝

某公司(si)主要(yao)從事生(sheng)物技術研發、生(sheng)產及應用(yong)的高科(ke)技調(diao)(diao)味(wei)品的開發和生(sheng)產,目(mu)前(qian)公司(si)主要(yao)產品包括以骨(gu)頭為原(yuan)料(liao)的香精,復合(he)調(diao)(diao)味(wei)料(liao)及骨(gu)油(you)等。為了(le)改善(shan)環境(jing)(jing),同時為了(le)提高企業(ye)綜合(he)競爭力(li),公司(si)現擬(ni)投資建設生(sheng)產廢(fei)水處理工程,使廢(fei)水經(jing)處理后(hou)達標排(pai)放,減(jian)輕對環境(jing)(jing)的污染。  

1廢水(shui)水(shui)質、水(shui)量(liang)及排放(fang)標準(zhun)  

該公司的廢(fei)水(shui)來源主要(yao)(yao)(yao)包括設備清洗水(shui)、鮮骨清洗水(shui)、地(di)(di)面沖洗水(shui)、生活污水(shui)、冷凝水(shui)等。原(yuan)廢(fei)水(shui)水(shui)質(zhi)(zhi)為(wei):COD為(wei)5000mg/L,BOD5為(wei)1500mg/L,SS、NH3-N、動植物(wu)油(you)質(zhi)(zhi)量濃度(du)分別為(wei)1000、280、1200mg/L。根據當(dang)地(di)(di)環(huan)保部門要(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu),經處(chu)理后出水(shui)水(shui)質(zhi)(zhi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)達到污水(shui)綜合排放標準(GB8978-1996)一級排放標準,即:COD為(wei)100mg/L,BOD5為(wei)20mg/L,SS、NH3-N、動植物(wu)油(you)質(zhi)(zhi)量濃度(du)分別70、15、10mg/L。根據該公司提供的水(shui)質(zhi)(zhi)資(zi)料,廢(fei)水(shui)處(chu)理設計處(chu)理規模為(wei)420m3/d,即17.5m3/h。  

2廢水處理工藝  

2.1廢水(shui)處理(li)工藝比較與選擇  

該公司廢(fei)水有以下特點(dian):廢(fei)水中(zhong)(zhong)含有大量(liang)的有機(ji)物如脂類和蛋白質,COD、SS、動植(zhi)物油(you)及氨氮含量(liang)較高,廢(fei)水可生(sheng)化性好。在廢(fei)水處理(li)過程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong),廢(fei)水中(zhong)(zhong)的浮(fu)油(you)、分散(san)油(you)、溶解(jie)油(you)及懸浮(fu)物,形成(cheng)油(you)膜(mo)后會阻(zu)礙大氣(qi)復氧(yang),斷絕水體(ti)(ti)氧(yang)的來源;而溶解(jie)油(you),由(you)于需氧(yang)微生(sheng)物的作用(yong),而且在分解(jie)過程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)消(xiao)耗水中(zhong)(zhong)溶解(jie)氧(yang),使水體(ti)(ti)形成(cheng)缺氧(yang)狀態(tai)。流入到(dao)生(sheng)物處理(li)構筑(zhu)物中(zhong)(zhong)的油(you)類,還會影響活性污泥和生(sheng)物膜(mo)的正常代謝過程(cheng)。因(yin)此在該廢(fei)水處理(li)中(zhong)(zhong),先(xian)去(qu)除廢(fei)水中(zhong)(zhong)的油(you)類及懸浮(fu)物至關重要。  

該項目(mu)中,預(yu)處理過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)的主要目(mu)的是(shi)除(chu)油,因而在(zai)工(gong)藝選擇(ze)時首先采用(yong)構造簡(jian)單,易運行(xing)(xing)管(guan)理并且除(chu)油效果穩(wen)定(ding)的平流式隔油沉淀池(chi)。同時在(zai)預(yu)處理段輔(fu)以混(hun)凝氣(qi)(qi)浮過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)。混(hun)凝氣(qi)(qi)浮過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)采用(yong)加(jia)藥混(hun)凝后用(yong)氣(qi)(qi)液(ye)混(hun)合泵(beng),邊吸水邊吸氣(qi)(qi),在(zai)泵(beng)內加(jia)壓混(hun)合,氣(qi)(qi)液(ye)溶解(jie)效率高,微細氣(qi)(qi)泡20~30μm,可取(qu)代加(jia)壓泵(beng)、空壓機(ji)、大(da)型溶氣(qi)(qi)罐及(ji)釋放(fang)頭(tou)等(deng),克服了傳統裝置運行(xing)(xing)不穩(wen)及(ji)大(da)氣(qi)(qi)泡翻騰的問題及(ji)釋放(fang)頭(tou)堵塞問題,運行(xing)(xing)長期(qi)穩(wen)定(ding),易操作、易維護、低(di)噪音。  

因廢水(shui)含有(you)(you)大(da)(da)(da)(da)量的(de)大(da)(da)(da)(da)分(fen)子(zi)物(wu)(wu)質,在廢水(shui)進行好氧處(chu)理(li)(li)前首先采用(yong)厭(yan)氧處(chu)理(li)(li)過程。水(shui)解(jie)酸化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)處(chu)理(li)(li)是利用(yong)厭(yan)氧反應中的(de)水(shui)解(jie)和(he)產(chan)(chan)酸作用(yong)而避開(kai)厭(yan)氧處(chu)理(li)(li)的(de)甲烷發酵(jiao)過程,在這一(yi)過程中,大(da)(da)(da)(da)量懸浮物(wu)(wu)可水(shui)解(jie)為可溶(rong)性(xing)(xing)物(wu)(wu)質,大(da)(da)(da)(da)分(fen)子(zi)物(wu)(wu)質可水(shui)解(jie)為小分(fen)子(zi)物(wu)(wu)質,BOD5和(he)COD的(de)比值(zhi)有(you)(you)所提高,增(zeng)加了(le)污水(shui)的(de)可生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)性(xing)(xing),有(you)(you)利于生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)處(chu)理(li)(li)。另(ling)外(wai)水(shui)解(jie)酸化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)工藝不需要(yao)水(shui)、氣、固三相分(fen)離器,同時由于第一(yi)、二階(jie)段(duan)反應迅速,故(gu)水(shui)解(jie)池體積(ji)小,降低了(le)造價并方便維護。并且水(shui)解(jie)、產(chan)(chan)酸階(jie)段(duan)的(de)產(chan)(chan)物(wu)(wu)主(zhu)要(yao)是小分(fen)子(zi)的(de)有(you)(you)機物(wu)(wu),可生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)性(xing)(xing)一(yi)般較好,故(gu)水(shui)解(jie)池可以(yi)改變原(yuan)污水(shui)的(de)可生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)性(xing)(xing),從而減少(shao)反應時間(jian)和(he)處(chu)理(li)(li)的(de)能耗。因而在厭(yan)氧段(duan)采用(yong)水(shui)解(jie)酸化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)工藝。  

CASS工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)是SBR工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)的(de)一個變形工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi),在屠(tu)宰廢水(shui)中已有較多的(de)應用(yong)(yong)。該工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)具有工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)流程簡單、占地面積小、投資(zi)較低(di)、運行(xing)靈(ling)活、抗沖(chong)擊能力強、污(wu)泥(ni)沉淀(dian)效果好(hao)且(qie)不易發(fa)生污(wu)泥(ni)膨脹優(you)點(dian),因(yin)而在好(hao)氧段采(cai)用(yong)(yong)CASS工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)。  

對(dui)于(yu)后續處理(li)(li)工藝,化(hua)學氧(yang)化(hua)過程相(xiang)對(dui)于(yu)其他(ta)處理(li)(li)過程,對(dui)氨氮(dan)的去(qu)除(chu)率可達90%~100%,處理(li)(li)不受水溫影(ying)響,處理(li)(li)效果穩定,且基建費用(yong)低。  

因(yin)此本方案設計最終確定采用隔油沉淀+混(hun)凝(ning)氣浮+水解酸化+CASS+化學氧化工藝。  

2.2污泥處理工藝比較與選擇  

根據設計(ji)要求,隔油沉淀(dian)池(chi)(chi)、混凝氣浮池(chi)(chi)、水解(jie)酸化池(chi)(chi)和CASS反應(ying)池(chi)(chi)排(pai)放(fang)出的(de)污泥進(jin)入(ru)污泥濃(nong)縮池(chi)(chi)濃(nong)縮。本(ben)次(ci)污泥處(chu)理工(gong)藝采用污泥濃(nong)縮再經壓濾機壓濾干化的(de)污泥處(chu)理工(gong)藝。  

2.3工藝流程(cheng)  

從車間排(pai)(pai)出的廢水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)在經(jing)格柵(zha)去除(chu)較大懸浮(fu)(fu)(fu)物后(hou)先經(jing)過隔油(you)(you)沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi),將廢水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中的泥(ni)(ni)沙沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian),大部分(fen)(fen)(fen)油(you)(you)類、懸浮(fu)(fu)(fu)物被隔擋出來(lai),出水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)自流進(jin)入調(diao)(diao)節池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi),以(yi)調(diao)(diao)節廢水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)的水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)質和水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)量,調(diao)(diao)節池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)中的廢水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)經(jing)流量計(ji)量后(hou)泵(beng)入混(hun)凝氣(qi)浮(fu)(fu)(fu)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)發(fa)生混(hun)凝氣(qi)浮(fu)(fu)(fu)反(fan)應(ying),除(chu)去大部分(fen)(fen)(fen)油(you)(you)類和懸浮(fu)(fu)(fu)物,同(tong)時COD、氨氮也大幅(fu)下降,氣(qi)浮(fu)(fu)(fu)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)出水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)自流進(jin)入水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)解酸化(hua)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)并發(fa)生水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)解酸化(hua)反(fan)應(ying),出水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)根據(ju)CASS反(fan)應(ying)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)工(gong)作周(zhou)期需(xu)要,被分(fen)(fen)(fen)配至(zhi)需(xu)要進(jin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)的池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)子發(fa)生生化(hua)反(fan)應(ying),完成有(you)機(ji)(ji)物的降解,出水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)進(jin)入清水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)并與(yu)投加(jia)進(jin)來(lai)的氧(yang)化(hua)劑發(fa)生反(fan)應(ying),達(da)標水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)經(jing)排(pai)(pai)放口排(pai)(pai)放。隔油(you)(you)沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)、混(hun)凝氣(qi)浮(fu)(fu)(fu)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)、水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)解酸化(hua)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)、CASS反(fan)應(ying)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)產生的污(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)均(jun)進(jin)入污(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)濃縮池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi),經(jing)濃縮后(hou)用泵(beng)提升至(zhi)污(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)壓(ya)濾機(ji)(ji)壓(ya)濾,濾液(ye)回流至(zhi)調(diao)(diao)節池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)。污(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)濃縮池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)的上清液(ye)自流回調(diao)(diao)節池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)。污(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)壓(ya)濾機(ji)(ji)濾料由該廠視(shi)其用途自行處(chu)(chu)置。隔油(you)(you)沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)上層(ceng)分(fen)(fen)(fen)離(li)收集的油(you)(you)脂(zhi)排(pai)(pai)入儲油(you)(you)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi),統一(yi)回收后(hou)外賣作為(wei)工(gong)業煉油(you)(you)原料。廢水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)及(ji)污(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)處(chu)(chu)理工(gong)藝流程見圖1。  

3主要構筑物及設計參數  

3.1格柵池  

設(she)計流量17.5m3/h,數(shu)量1座,尺寸2m×;1m×1.5m,內設(she)機械格柵(zha)1臺,型號(hao)LHG-1-1.5。  

3.2隔油沉淀池  

1座(zuo),設計(ji)流(liu)(liu)(liu)量17.5m3/h,每格(ge)尺寸(cun)10.8m×2m×2.5m,水(shui)力停留時間2h。內設潛(qian)污泵(beng)(beng)3臺(tai),1用(yong)1備。型(xing)號25WQK7-15-1.1,流(liu)(liu)(liu)量7m3/h,揚程(cheng)15m,功率1.1kW。隔油(you)沉(chen)淀池所選用(yong)的(de)潛(qian)水(shui)排污泵(beng)(beng)采用(yong)旋流(liu)(liu)(liu)式(shi)的(de)下(xia)吸(xi)結構,具有(you)不怕堵塞、耐磨損、運行可靠、維修方便、排水(shui)徹底等(deng)優點,較好解決了濃(nong)漿泵(beng)(beng)不能抽吸(xi)重量較大的(de)顆粒(li)而(er)其它污水(shui)泵(beng)(beng)有(you)堵塞的(de)難題。  

3.3儲油(you)池  

1座,尺寸2m×1m×2m。  

3.4調節池  

1座,設計流量(liang)15.0m3/h,尺寸為7.8m×5.4m×5.5m,水力(li)停留(liu)時間14h。內設提升泵2臺,1用1備,型號65QW25-15-2.2,流量(liang)25m3/h,揚程(cheng)15m,功率2.2kW,預曝氣穿孔管道24m。  

3.5混凝(ning)氣浮(fu)池  

1座(混(hun)凝(ning)反(fan)應、接觸、分離三室合(he)建)。設(she)計流量(liang)15.0m3/h,尺寸4.8m×2m×2.5m。水力停留時間(jian)1.6h。外設(she)氣液(ye)混(hun)合(he)泵2臺,1用1備(bei),型號(hao)40FP,泵過流水量(liang)5.7m3/h,揚程10m,功率1.5kW。  

3.6水解(jie)酸化(hua)池  

1座,設(she)計流量15.0m3/h,尺(chi)寸(cun)為5.0m×5.0m×5.3m,上升流速(su)0.6m/h,內設(she)彈性填料(liao)75.0m3,布水采用穿孔管布水。  

3.7CASS反應池  

設(she)計流量(liang)(liang)15.0m3/h,數量(liang)(liang)2座,單(dan)池(chi)(chi)尺寸4m×8.5m×5.5m,最高水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位5.0m,最低(di)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)位3.0m,超(chao)高0.5m,BOD5污(wu)泥(ni)(ni)負荷0.1kg/(kg·d),污(wu)泥(ni)(ni)質量(liang)(liang)濃度3000mg/L,反應池(chi)(chi)運行(xing)周期8h,每池(chi)(chi)內(nei)設(she)1套潷(bi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)器(qi)(qi),單(dan)套潷(bi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)量(liang)(liang)50m3/h。潷(bi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)器(qi)(qi)無需任何動力設(she)施,排水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)口在(zai)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)面下500mm左右,可(ke)有效(xiao)防(fang)止浮渣進入潷(bi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)器(qi)(qi)。潷(bi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)器(qi)(qi)型號(hao)XEF-50,潷(bi)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)速度50m3/h,CASS反應器(qi)(qi)曝(pu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)系統采用散流式曝(pu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)器(qi)(qi),該曝(pu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)器(qi)(qi)對空(kong)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)泡(pao)進行(xing)兩次(ci)切割,與(yu)傳統的曝(pu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)器(qi)(qi)相比氧的利用率有所提高,且具(ju)有不(bu)易發(fa)生(sheng)堵塞、能耗低(di)、使用壽命長、安(an)裝使用方便等優點(dian)。CASS反應器(qi)(qi)設(she)污(wu)泥(ni)(ni)回(hui)流泵3臺,2用1備(bei),型號(hao)40ZW20-15-2.2。  

3.8集(ji)水池  

1座,尺寸(cun)1.4m×8.4m×3.5m。  

3.9氧(yang)化池(chi)  

1座,尺寸1.4m×8.4m×3.5m,水力停(ting)留時間1.3h。  

3.10鼓風(feng)機房(fang)  

1間(jian),尺(chi)寸3.5m×2.8m×4m。內設鼓風(feng)機2臺(tai),1用1備,型(xing)號SSR100-100A,風(feng)量7.32m3/min,功率11kW。  

3.11加藥間  

1間,尺(chi)寸3.5m×3m×4m。內設混凝劑(ji)加(jia)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)1套,加(jia)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)泵2臺(tai),1用(yong)1備,型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)號103型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing),流量(liang)4m3/h,揚程11m,功(gong)率0.75kW。加(jia)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)流量(liang)計1臺(tai),型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)號LZB-25F,溶藥(yao)(yao)(yao)加(jia)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)池(chi)(防腐)數量(liang)1座。尺(chi)寸1m×1m×1.2m。絮(xu)凝劑(ji)加(jia)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)1套,加(jia)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)泵2臺(tai),1用(yong)1備。型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)號103型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing),流量(liang)4m3/h,揚程11m,功(gong)率0.75kW。加(jia)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)流量(liang)計1臺(tai),型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)號LZB-25。溶藥(yao)(yao)(yao)加(jia)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)池(chi)1座。尺(chi)寸1m×1m×1.2m。氧化劑(ji)加(jia)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)1套,包括加(jia)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)泵2臺(tai),1用(yong)1備,型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)號103型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing),流量(liang)4m3/h,揚程11m,功(gong)率0.75kW。加(jia)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)流量(liang)計,1臺(tai),型(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)號LZJ-10F。加(jia)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)桶(tong)(防腐)1個,尺(chi)寸Φ0.9m×1m。  

3.12污(wu)泥(ni)池  

1座,尺寸5.4m×3m×3m。  

3.13污泥(ni)處理間  

1間,尺(chi)寸(cun)(cun)4m×3.5m×4m。內設污泥(ni)壓濾機(ji)1臺,型(xing)號(hao)XMYAJ/700-30U,過(guo)濾面積20m2,板框尺(chi)寸(cun)(cun)700mm×700mm。污泥(ni)泵2臺,1用1備,型(xing)號(hao)I-1B2,流量(liang)5.4m3/h,揚(yang)程80m,功率(lv)3kW。  

4工藝調(diao)試及處理(li)效果  

該(gai)(gai)(gai)廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)處理(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)建成后進(jin)行(xing)(xing)了調(diao)試運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing),時(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)從2010年6月(yue)(yue)(yue)5日(ri)(ri)-9月(yue)(yue)(yue)20日(ri)(ri)。6月(yue)(yue)(yue)份主要進(jin)行(xing)(xing)活性(xing)(xing)污泥(ni)的(de)(de)接種馴化(hua)。7月(yue)(yue)(yue)10日(ri)(ri)左(zuo)右開始通水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)。該(gai)(gai)(gai)廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)浮油(you)、分散油(you)、溶(rong)解(jie)(jie)(jie)油(you)較多(duo),因而在該(gai)(gai)(gai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)設(she)計中(zhong)(zhong),隔(ge)油(you)沉淀(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)穩(wen)定(ding)運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)是保證該(gai)(gai)(gai)廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)處理(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)穩(wen)定(ding)運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)關鍵(jian)。在該(gai)(gai)(gai)項目運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)過(guo)(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong),對(dui)隔(ge)油(you)沉淀(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)嚴(yan)格管理(li)(li)。因該(gai)(gai)(gai)廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)COD較高,同(tong)時(shi)(shi)(shi)廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)含有(you)(you)大量(liang)的(de)(de)有(you)(you)機物(wu)如脂類和(he)蛋白質(zhi)。在2010年8月(yue)(yue)(yue)份中(zhong)(zhong)旬(xun)發(fa)現調(diao)節(jie)池(chi)(chi)(chi)不斷散發(fa)臭味(wei)(wei)(wei),分析原因是由(you)于(yu)該(gai)(gai)(gai)段時(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)氣(qi)溫較高,調(diao)節(jie)池(chi)(chi)(chi)中(zhong)(zhong)廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)由(you)于(yu)厭氧腐化(hua)散發(fa)出(chu)(chu)(chu)臭味(wei)(wei)(wei)。通過(guo)(guo)(guo)在調(diao)節(jie)池(chi)(chi)(chi)增(zeng)加(jia)曝氣(qi)設(she)備,進(jin)行(xing)(xing)預曝氣(qi),消除臭味(wei)(wei)(wei)帶來(lai)的(de)(de)影響(xiang),同(tong)時(shi)(shi)(shi)增(zeng)加(jia)曝氣(qi)設(she)施有(you)(you)利于(yu)后續混凝(ning)氣(qi)浮池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)。在2010年08月(yue)(yue)(yue)份下(xia)旬(xun),CASS運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)過(guo)(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)發(fa)現活性(xing)(xing)污泥(ni)顏(yan)色(se)變(bian)深,通過(guo)(guo)(guo)對(dui)CASS反(fan)應池(chi)(chi)(chi)取樣分析,發(fa)現CASS初(chu)始階(jie)段溶(rong)解(jie)(jie)(jie)氧質(zhi)量(liang)濃(nong)(nong)度(du)過(guo)(guo)(guo)低(di),大約0.5mg/L,缺氧環境導致活性(xing)(xing)污泥(ni)顏(yan)色(se)變(bian)深,同(tong)時(shi)(shi)(shi)出(chu)(chu)(chu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)COD由(you)90mg/L增(zeng)大到(dao)(dao)(dao)270mg/L左(zuo)右。通過(guo)(guo)(guo)增(zeng)大曝氣(qi)量(liang),提高溶(rong)解(jie)(jie)(jie)氧質(zhi)量(liang)濃(nong)(nong)度(du)到(dao)(dao)(dao)3mg/L以上,出(chu)(chu)(chu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)質(zhi)不斷提高。2010年12月(yue)(yue)(yue)11日(ri)(ri),檢測到(dao)(dao)(dao)出(chu)(chu)(chu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)質(zhi)變(bian)差,經分析發(fa)現是由(you)于(yu)突然降(jiang)(jiang)溫至-5℃左(zuo)右,水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)解(jie)(jie)(jie)酸化(hua)池(chi)(chi)(chi)微生(sheng)物(wu)受到(dao)(dao)(dao)降(jiang)(jiang)溫的(de)(de)影響(xiang),活性(xing)(xing)降(jiang)(jiang)低(di),導致出(chu)(chu)(chu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)質(zhi)惡(e)化(hua)。延長(chang)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)解(jie)(jie)(jie)酸化(hua)池(chi)(chi)(chi)停留時(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)由(you)6h提高到(dao)(dao)(dao)9h,保證出(chu)(chu)(chu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)質(zhi)。在廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)處理(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)過(guo)(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong),對(dui)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)技術(shu)培訓非常重要,這也是影響(xiang)該(gai)(gai)(gai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)穩(wen)定(ding)運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)一(yi)個(ge)重要因素。工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)調(diao)試進(jin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)期間(jian)(2010年7月(yue)(yue)(yue)10日(ri)(ri)到(dao)(dao)(dao)09月(yue)(yue)(yue)20日(ri)(ri))原廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)及水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)解(jie)(jie)(jie)酸化(hua)出(chu)(chu)(chu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)和(he)CASS出(chu)(chu)(chu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)COD變(bian)化(hua)見圖2。該(gai)(gai)(gai)廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)處理(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)經調(diao)試運(yun)(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing),出(chu)(chu)(chu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)質(zhi)穩(wen)定(ding),達到(dao)(dao)(dao)了設(she)計的(de)(de)排(pai)放標準。各主要構筑物(wu)出(chu)(chu)(chu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)質(zhi)見表1。  


5效益分(fen)析  

5.1經濟效益  

該廢水處理(li)工程(cheng)總投資為(wei)137.98萬元(yuan)。其中土建投資為(wei)47.45萬元(yuan),設備投資為(wei)45.62萬元(yuan),安裝(zhuang)費用(yong)23.18萬元(yuan)。技術費用(yong)21.73萬元(yuan)。  

該廢(fei)水處理(li)工(gong)程日耗電量為(wei)316.8kWh,電價(jia)0.65元(yuan)(yuan)/kWh,則(ze)(ze)電費為(wei)205.92元(yuan)(yuan)/d。廢(fei)水處理(li)站(zhan)設工(gong)作人(ren)(ren)(ren)員3人(ren)(ren)(ren),每人(ren)(ren)(ren)每月工(gong)資為(wei)1200元(yuan)(yuan),則(ze)(ze)人(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)工(gong)資為(wei)120元(yuan)(yuan)/d。投(tou)加PAC(500g/m3),藥劑費用為(wei)630元(yuan)(yuan)/d,投(tou)加氧化劑的(de)費用為(wei)350元(yuan)(yuan)/d,則(ze)(ze)每天的(de)藥劑費用為(wei)980元(yuan)(yuan)。直接運行費用為(wei)1305.92元(yuan)(yuan)/d,折(zhe)合(he)噸水成本(ben)為(wei)3.11元(yuan)(yuan)/m3。  

5.2環境(jing)效益  

廢(fei)水處(chu)理(li)站(zhan)的建成運(yun)行,大(da)大(da)減輕了(le)(le)廢(fei)水排放對環境(jing)的污染。按(an)照年運(yun)行330d計算,主要污染物COD、BOD5、SS、NH3-N及動植物油(you)的每(mei)年排放量分(fen)別減少了(le)(le)676.6、207.3、150.4、36.7、172.1t,大(da)大(da)改善了(le)(le)企業形象,提高了(le)(le)企業的競爭力(li)。  

6結論(lun)  

采用水(shui)解酸化(hua)-CASS-氧化(hua)工藝處(chu)理以骨素為原料制備調(diao)味料過(guo)程中(zhong)產生的(de)廢(fei)水(shui),運行結果表(biao)明,該(gai)工藝能有效去除廢(fei)水(shui)中(zhong)的(de)主要污(wu)染物,出水(shui)水(shui)質(zhi)穩定(ding)并達到設計(ji)排放標(biao)準。該(gai)廢(fei)水(shui)處(chu)理工程的(de)穩定(ding)運行為類似廢(fei)水(shui)處(chu)理工藝的(de)設計(ji)提供了實際(ji)參考。
