載鈦活性炭纖維的制備及其對水中羅丹明B的光催化降解
摘要:
通(tong)過溶膠凝膠法(fa)制備載(zai)鈦(tai)活(huo)性(xing)(xing)炭纖(xian)維(TiO2-ACF)復(fu)合材(cai)料,采用X射線(xian)衍射儀(XRD)、掃描(miao)電子顯微鏡(SEM)、紫外(wai)(wai)-可(ke)見吸收(UV-Vis)、傅里葉紅外(wai)(wai)分光(guang)光(guang)度(du)計(FT-IR)、X射線(xian)光(guang)電子能譜(XPS)對TiO2-ACF進行(xing)了表征(zheng),并研究了TiO2-ACF對水中(zhong)(zhong)羅丹(dan)(dan)明(ming)(ming)B的(de)光(guang)催化性(xing)(xing)能.結(jie)果表明(ming)(ming),煅燒(shao)溫度(du)為400—600℃時,負載(zai)在ACF上的(de)TiO2為銳(rui)鈦(tai)礦型,當煅燒(shao)溫度(du)上升到700℃時,TiO2開始出現(xian)金紅石(shi)型,600℃時煅燒(shao)制備的(de)TiO2-ACF對水中(zhong)(zhong)羅丹(dan)(dan)明(ming)(ming)B的(de)降解(jie)(jie)效果最佳;TiO2-ACF對羅丹(dan)(dan)明(ming)(ming)B的(de)吸附能力比ACF低(di);但是(shi)在紫外(wai)(wai)光(guang)條(tiao)件(jian)下,60min后(hou)TiO2-ACF對羅丹(dan)(dan)明(ming)(ming)B的(de)降解(jie)(jie)率比ACF、TiO2對羅丹(dan)(dan)明(ming)(ming)B的(de)降解(jie)(jie)率分別高8.6%和16.2%,TiO2-ACF表現(xian)出較高的(de)光(guang)催化活(huo)性(xing)(xing).
