配套養殖體系中部分抗生素的污染特征

采用超聲提取-固相(xiang)萃(cui)取-高(gao)效(xiao)液相(xiang)色(se)譜串聯(lian)質譜技術分(fen)(fen)析配(pei)套養殖體(ti)(ti)系糞(fen)(fen)便(bian)、水(shui)(shui)(shui)體(ti)(ti)和沉積物(wu)中(zhong)4種(zhong)(zhong)磺胺類(lei)(lei)(SAs)、2種(zhong)(zhong)四(si)環素(su)(su)類(lei)(lei)(TCs)、2種(zhong)(zhong)大(da)環內(nei)酯(MLs)和2種(zhong)(zhong)喹諾(nuo)酮(tong)類(lei)(lei)(QLs)抗生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)素(su)(su)的(de)(de)(de)含量和分(fen)(fen)布(bu)特征.研究(jiu)結(jie)果顯(xian)示,在(zai)水(shui)(shui)(shui)體(ti)(ti)中(zhong)共檢出(chu)(chu)8種(zhong)(zhong)抗生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)素(su)(su),濃(nong)度(du)(du)(du)在(zai)ND—382ng·L-1,2種(zhong)(zhong)四(si)環素(su)(su)類(lei)(lei)抗生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)素(su)(su)未(wei)被(bei)檢出(chu)(chu),且水(shui)(shui)(shui)體(ti)(ti)中(zhong)抗生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)素(su)(su)的(de)(de)(de)濃(nong)度(du)(du)(du)呈現旱(han)季高(gao)于雨季;沉積物(wu)中(zhong)共檢出(chu)(chu)7種(zhong)(zhong)抗生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)素(su)(su),其(qi)(qi)濃(nong)度(du)(du)(du)分(fen)(fen)別在(zai)ND—3400μg·kg-1范圍(wei)內(nei),磺胺嘧啶(ding)(SDZ)、磺胺甲噁唑(SMX)和羅紅霉(mei)(mei)素(su)(su)(RTM)未(wei)被(bei)檢出(chu)(chu);在(zai)豬糞(fen)(fen)和鴨(ya)糞(fen)(fen)中(zhong)均(jun)檢出(chu)(chu)甲氧芐啶(ding)(TMP)、諾(nuo)氟沙(sha)星(NFX)、脫水(shui)(shui)(shui)紅霉(mei)(mei)素(su)(su)(ETM-H2O)和羅紅霉(mei)(mei)素(su)(su)(RTM),同時豬糞(fen)(fen)中(zhong)還檢出(chu)(chu)2種(zhong)(zhong)四(si)環素(su)(su)類(lei)(lei),鴨(ya)糞(fen)(fen)中(zhong)檢出(chu)(chu)磺胺二甲嘧啶(ding)(SMZ)和環丙沙(sha)星(CFX),其(qi)(qi)中(zhong)鴨(ya)糞(fen)(fen)中(zhong)甲氧芐啶(ding)的(de)(de)(de)最高(gao)濃(nong)度(du)(du)(du)達到6.11mg·kg-1.研究(jiu)結(jie)果表明,不(bu)同介(jie)質中(zhong)抗生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)素(su)(su)的(de)(de)(de)含量存在(zai)一定差異,其(qi)(qi)中(zhong)磺胺類(lei)(lei)抗生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)素(su)(su)在(zai)水(shui)(shui)(shui)體(ti)(ti)中(zhong)濃(nong)度(du)(du)(du)最高(gao),喹諾(nuo)酮(tong)類(lei)(lei)和四(si)環素(su)(su)類(lei)(lei)在(zai)沉積物(wu)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)濃(nong)度(du)(du)(du)最高(gao);糞(fen)(fen)便(bian)中(zhong)抗生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)素(su)(su)的(de)(de)(de)種(zhong)(zhong)類(lei)(lei)與施(shi)藥的(de)(de)(de)種(zhong)(zhong)類(lei)(lei)密切相(xiang)關,并(bing)且可能會加劇抗生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)素(su)(su)對(dui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)體(ti)(ti)環境的(de)(de)(de)污染.
