奶牛養殖廢水厭氧出水的吹脫混凝處理試驗研究
摘要:
為(wei)探(tan)索高(gao)效(xiao)、可行的(de)養殖(zhi)廢水(shui)(shui)處(chu)(chu)理(li)方法,以馬鞍山蒙(meng)牛現代牧場廢水(shui)(shui)處(chu)(chu)理(li)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)UASB出(chu)水(shui)(shui)為(wei)研究(jiu)對(dui)(dui)(dui)象(xiang),進行吹脫和(he)混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)處(chu)(chu)理(li).通過(guo)UASB出(chu)水(shui)(shui)吹脫處(chu)(chu)理(li)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan),對(dui)(dui)(dui)比(bi)不同pH值(zhi)(zhi)、吹脫時(shi)間(jian)、氣液比(bi)(體(ti)積比(bi))、溫(wen)度等參數對(dui)(dui)(dui)氨氮(dan)的(de)去除(chu)效(xiao)果(guo),再對(dui)(dui)(dui)吹脫出(chu)水(shui)(shui)進行混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)處(chu)(chu)理(li)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan),選擇PFS(聚合硫(liu)酸鐵)、PAC(聚合氯化鋁)為(wei)混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)劑,分(fen)別(bie)研究(jiu)混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)劑投加量(liang)、pH值(zhi)(zhi)、攪(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)速率(lv)、攪(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)時(shi)間(jian)、沉(chen)淀(dian)時(shi)間(jian)對(dui)(dui)(dui)混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)影響.結果(guo)表明:吹脫試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)中(zhong)(zhong),當(dang)pH值(zhi)(zhi)為(wei)11、吹脫時(shi)間(jian)為(wei)5h、氣液比(bi)為(wei)3000、溫(wen)度為(wei)30℃時(shi),氨氮(dan)去除(chu)效(xiao)果(guo)最(zui)好,去除(chu)率(lv)達85.5%,UASB出(chu)水(shui)(shui)氨氮(dan)濃度由468.1mg·L-1降(jiang)到67.9mg·L-1.混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)中(zhong)(zhong),確定PFS為(wei)較(jiao)佳混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)劑,當(dang)PFS投加量(liang)為(wei)2.85g·L-1、攪(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)速率(lv)為(wei)180r·min-1、攪(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)時(shi)間(jian)為(wei)4min、沉(chen)淀(dian)時(shi)間(jian)為(wei)20min時(shi),處(chu)(chu)理(li)效(xiao)果(guo)最(zui)好,處(chu)(chu)理(li)水(shui)(shui)CODCr和(he)SS分(fen)別(bie)由713.4、458.0mg·L-1降(jiang)到154.1、123.2mg·L-1,去除(chu)率(lv)分(fen)別(bie)達到78.4%和(he)73.1%.出(chu)水(shui)(shui)氨氮(dan)略有(you)降(jiang)低,降(jiang)至50.9mg·L-1,最(zui)終出(chu)水(shui)(shui)達到《畜禽養殖(zhi)業污染物排放標(biao)準》(GB18596-2001).
