基于生物沸石復合濾料的間歇式脫氮水處理
摘要
以粒徑(jing)0.15~0.18mm的天然(ran)沸(fei)石(shi)粉為主(zhu)要原料(liao)(liao),水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泥為黏結劑,制(zhi)備出(chu)粒徑(jing)4~8mm的沸(fei)石(shi)復(fu)合濾(lv)料(liao)(liao)(ZCF).對制(zhi)備的材料(liao)(liao)進(jin)行(xing)了空隙(xi)率(lv)、表(biao)(biao)觀密度(du)、強度(du)等性能(neng)測試.優化(hua)出(chu)復(fu)合濾(lv)料(liao)(liao)中m(沸(fei)石(shi)粉):m(水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泥)=7:3,自然(ran)條(tiao)件下養護(hu)15d.利用(yong)該ZCF裝(zhuang)填實驗(yan)柱,完(wan)成(cheng)硝化(hua)微生(sheng)(sheng)物掛膜(mo)培養,然(ran)后(hou)(hou)進(jin)行(xing)間(jian)歇式(shi)脫(tuo)氮水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)處理動態實驗(yan),間(jian)歇式(shi)運(yun)行(xing)周期分為吸(xi)附、生(sheng)(sheng)物再(zai)(zai)生(sheng)(sheng)、淋(lin)(lin)洗共3個(ge)階段.采(cai)用(yong)上(shang)流式(shi)進(jin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)吸(xi)附脫(tuo)氮,以NH4+-N濃度(du)低于(yu)2mg·L-1為出(chu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)標(biao)準(zhun),出(chu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)超標(biao)后(hou)(hou),排(pai)空實驗(yan)柱中水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui),鼓風生(sheng)(sheng)物再(zai)(zai)生(sheng)(sheng),用(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)淋(lin)(lin)洗濾(lv)料(liao)(liao)后(hou)(hou)重復(fu)沸(fei)石(shi)吸(xi)附-生(sheng)(sheng)物再(zai)(zai)生(sheng)(sheng)循環,淋(lin)(lin)洗液單(dan)獨進(jin)行(xing)反硝化(hua)處理.結果表(biao)(biao)明,在(zai)模(mo)擬實驗(yan)條(tiao)件下間(jian)歇式(shi)運(yun)行(xing)最佳的周期為:吸(xi)附5d,鼓風生(sheng)(sheng)物再(zai)(zai)生(sheng)(sheng)24h,NH4+-N平均去除率(lv)為87.7%,TN平均去除率(lv)達51.2%.
