高嶺土對不同污染物微濾過程的影響

本(ben)研(yan)究采用原(yuan)子力(li)顯(xian)微(wei)鏡(AFM)結(jie)合自制的(de)(de)(de)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)探針(zhen)以(yi)及Zeta電(dian)(dian)位(wei)(wei)儀通(tong)(tong)(tong)過分別(bie)測(ce)量不(bu)同(tong)有機污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)染(ran)(ran)(ran)物(wu),即腐殖酸(suan)(suan)(HA)、牛(niu)血清(qing)蛋白(BSA)和海藻(zao)酸(suan)(suan)鈉(SA)與微(wei)濾膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)之(zhi)間(jian)的(de)(de)(de)粘附力(li)以(yi)及相(xiang)應污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)染(ran)(ran)(ran)物(wu)的(de)(de)(de)Zeta電(dian)(dian)位(wei)(wei),對(dui)高(gao)(gao)嶺(ling)土在不(bu)同(tong)有機物(wu)微(wei)濾過程的(de)(de)(de)影響(xiang)進行(xing)了系統性研(yan)究。結(jie)果表明,高(gao)(gao)嶺(ling)土對(dui)污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)染(ran)(ran)(ran)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)通(tong)(tong)(tong)量衰(shuai)(shuai)減(jian)的(de)(de)(de)影響(xiang)主要發生(sheng)在膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)過濾的(de)(de)(de)初(chu)期(qi)(qi)階(jie)段,其存在使HA污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)染(ran)(ran)(ran)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)的(de)(de)(de)初(chu)期(qi)(qi)通(tong)(tong)(tong)量衰(shuai)(shuai)減(jian)幅度(du)增(zeng)(zeng)加,BSA和SA污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)染(ran)(ran)(ran)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)的(de)(de)(de)初(chu)期(qi)(qi)通(tong)(tong)(tong)量衰(shuai)(shuai)減(jian)幅度(du)減(jian)緩(huan);清(qing)洗后HA污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)染(ran)(ran)(ran)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)的(de)(de)(de)通(tong)(tong)(tong)量恢復(fu)率降低(di),而BSA和SA污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)染(ran)(ran)(ran)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)的(de)(de)(de)通(tong)(tong)(tong)量恢復(fu)率增(zeng)(zeng)大。而且,高(gao)(gao)嶺(ling)土的(de)(de)(de)存在使膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)-HA之(zhi)間(jian)的(de)(de)(de)粘附力(li)變(bian)大以(yi)及HA溶液的(de)(de)(de)Zeta電(dian)(dian)位(wei)(wei)變(bian)小,膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)-BSA、SA之(zhi)間(jian)的(de)(de)(de)粘附力(li)變(bian)小以(yi)及相(xiang)應污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)染(ran)(ran)(ran)物(wu)的(de)(de)(de)Zeta電(dian)(dian)位(wei)(wei)都(dou)增(zeng)(zeng)大。因此,膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)-污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)染(ran)(ran)(ran)物(wu)之(zhi)間(jian)粘附力(li)以(yi)及溶液的(de)(de)(de)Zeta電(dian)(dian)位(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)(de)變(bian)化可以(yi)指示(shi)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)染(ran)(ran)(ran)的(de)(de)(de)變(bian)化趨(qu)勢。
