Fe-Mn/AC催化濕式過氧化氫氧化間甲酚
摘要:
采用(yong)等體積浸漬法制備(bei)了(le)一(yi)種(zhong)新(xin)型(xing)Fe-Mn/AC催化(hua)(hua)劑(ji)(ji),應(ying)用(yong)于催化(hua)(hua)濕式過氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)氫(qing)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)(CWPO)間(jian)(jian)甲(jia)(jia)(jia)酚(fen)(fen)廢水.通過SEM和XRF表征了(le)其表面形態(tai)結構和元素組成,通過穆斯堡爾譜(pu)分析了(le)催化(hua)(hua)劑(ji)(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)離子的存在形態(tai),結果表明,新(xin)型(xing)Fe-Mn/AC催化(hua)(hua)劑(ji)(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)的鐵(tie)(tie)以二價(jia)鐵(tie)(tie)、三(san)價(jia)鐵(tie)(tie)以及四(si)氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)三(san)鐵(tie)(tie)的形式存在.通過正交實(shi)(shi)驗考(kao)察了(le)CWPO降解間(jian)(jian)甲(jia)(jia)(jia)酚(fen)(fen)的影響因(yin)素,結果表明,各因(yin)素對間(jian)(jian)甲(jia)(jia)(jia)酚(fen)(fen)轉化(hua)(hua)率(lv)(lv)影響的大小順序依次(ci)為(wei)(wei):底物(wu)初(chu)始(shi)pH值(zhi)>反(fan)應(ying)溫度(du)>反(fan)應(ying)時(shi)間(jian)(jian)>催化(hua)(hua)劑(ji)(ji)投加量.通過正交實(shi)(shi)驗得到CWPO降解間(jian)(jian)甲(jia)(jia)(jia)酚(fen)(fen)的最佳反(fan)應(ying)條件.當間(jian)(jian)甲(jia)(jia)(jia)酚(fen)(fen)濃度(du)為(wei)(wei)100mg·L-1、反(fan)應(ying)溫度(du)為(wei)(wei)40℃、反(fan)應(ying)時(shi)間(jian)(jian)為(wei)(wei)40min、催化(hua)(hua)劑(ji)(ji)投加量為(wei)(wei)0.6g·L-1及底物(wu)初(chu)始(shi)pH值(zhi)為(wei)(wei)3時(shi),間(jian)(jian)甲(jia)(jia)(jia)酚(fen)(fen)轉化(hua)(hua)率(lv)(lv)為(wei)(wei)99.8%,TOC去(qu)除率(lv)(lv)為(wei)(wei)28.3%.氣(qi)相色(se)譜(pu)/質譜(pu)聯用(yong)沒有檢測到中(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)(jian)產物(wu),氣(qi)相色(se)譜(pu)檢測到CWPO降解間(jian)(jian)甲(jia)(jia)(jia)酚(fen)(fen)中(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)(jian)產物(wu)主(zhu)要為(wei)(wei)乙(yi)酸和丙酸.
