電極生物膜自養脫氮系統中的電化學作用

設計(ji)構建三維電(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)生物(wu)膜(mo)(mo)反應(ying)器(qi),成功啟(qi)動后穩定(ding)運(yun)行(xing),在(zai)全自(zi)養條件下能(neng)較好(hao)地處理(li)低碳氮(dan)(dan)比含氮(dan)(dan)廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui).結(jie)果(guo)表(biao)明,在(zai)進(jin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)不(bu)含有機碳源,電(dian)(dian)流強度(du)(du)為(wei)30mA,電(dian)(dian)流密(mi)度(du)(du)為(wei)0.012mA·cm-2,運(yun)行(xing)周期24h的(de)(de)(de)實驗條件下,反應(ying)器(qi)處理(li)進(jin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)氨(an)(an)(an)氮(dan)(dan)濃(nong)度(du)(du)為(wei)30mg·L-1的(de)(de)(de)廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)時,氨(an)(an)(an)氮(dan)(dan)轉(zhuan)化(hua)率達(da)到了(le)90.3%,總氮(dan)(dan)去除率為(wei)70.0%;處理(li)進(jin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)硝態氮(dan)(dan)濃(nong)度(du)(du)為(wei)30mg·L-1的(de)(de)(de)廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)時,硝態氮(dan)(dan)去除率達(da)到了(le)82.7%.在(zai)考察電(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)生物(wu)膜(mo)(mo)反應(ying)器(qi)脫氮(dan)(dan)性能(neng)的(de)(de)(de)同(tong)時,探討系(xi)統中純(chun)電(dian)(dian)化(hua)學作(zuo)用的(de)(de)(de)脫氮(dan)(dan)能(neng)力.結(jie)果(guo)顯示電(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)生物(wu)膜(mo)(mo)處理(li)氨(an)(an)(an)氮(dan)(dan)廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)(de)系(xi)統中,純(chun)電(dian)(dian)化(hua)學脫氮(dan)(dan)作(zuo)用為(wei)系(xi)統總脫氮(dan)(dan)能(neng)力的(de)(de)(de)10%左右;而處理(li)硝態氮(dan)(dan)廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)生物(wu)膜(mo)(mo)系(xi)統中,無電(dian)(dian)化(hua)學還原(yuan)去除NO3--N作(zuo)用.
