擬康寧木霉活菌體處理含銅廢水
摘要:
以擬康(kang)寧(ning)(ning)木霉(mei)(mei)(Trichodermakoningiopsis)活(huo)(huo)菌(jun)體(ti)為(wei)(wei)吸(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)劑探討(tao)了接觸(chu)時間、初始銅(tong)(tong)(tong)濃度(du)、投(tou)菌(jun)量(liang)、葡萄糖用量(liang)、堿(jian)濃度(du)等因素(su)對木霉(mei)(mei)活(huo)(huo)菌(jun)體(ti)處(chu)理(li)含(han)銅(tong)(tong)(tong)廢(fei)水效果(guo)的影響.結(jie)(jie)(jie)果(guo)表(biao)明,在初始銅(tong)(tong)(tong)濃度(du)100mg/L,投(tou)菌(jun)量(liang)3g/L,預處(chu)理(li)堿(jian)濃度(du)0.2mol/L的條件下,木霉(mei)(mei)活(huo)(huo)菌(jun)體(ti)吸(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)銅(tong)(tong)(tong)效果(guo)最佳(jia),吸(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)量(liang)可(ke)達5.01mg/g(濕).吸(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)Cu前后的擬康(kang)寧(ning)(ning)木霉(mei)(mei)菌(jun)降(jiang)(jiang)解四環素(su)實(shi)驗結(jie)(jie)(jie)果(guo)表(biao)明,吸(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)前后木霉(mei)(mei)對有機物均(jun)有降(jiang)(jiang)解效果(guo),吸(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)過程屬活(huo)(huo)菌(jun)體(ti)吸(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu).TEM結(jie)(jie)(jie)果(guo)顯示,木霉(mei)(mei)去除(chu)銅(tong)(tong)(tong)的機制為(wei)(wei)表(biao)面吸(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)/絡合(he)和胞內(nei)富集,FTIR揭示了羥基(ji)是活(huo)(huo)性菌(jun)體(ti)吸(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)的主要基(ji)團,XRD分析(xi)結(jie)(jie)(jie)果(guo)證實(shi)了羥基(ji)與(yu)銅(tong)(tong)(tong)結(jie)(jie)(jie)合(he)并(bing)以水藍銅(tong)(tong)(tong)礬[Cu4(SO4)(OH)6H2O]形(xing)式絡合(he)于菌(jun)種細(xi)胞壁上,Langmuir吸(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)等溫線較(jiao)好地擬合(he)了活(huo)(huo)菌(jun)對銅(tong)(tong)(tong)離子(zi)的吸(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu),表(biao)明菌(jun)體(ti)對銅(tong)(tong)(tong)離子(zi)主要為(wei)(wei)均(jun)質單層吸(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu).
