污泥減量菌劑的篩選及減量效果的小試研究

摘要: 篩(shai)選出(chu)產淀粉酶(mei)、蛋(dan)白酶(mei)、纖(xian)(xian)維素酶(mei)的(de)(de)菌(jun)(jun)株(zhu)(zhu),對城鎮污(wu)水(shui)處(chu)(chu)理廠的(de)(de)活(huo)性污(wu)泥進行搖瓶減(jian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)試驗(yan)(yan)。結果(guo)表(biao)明:采(cai)用(yong)(yong)單(dan)菌(jun)(jun)株(zhu)(zhu)處(chu)(chu)理時,產蛋(dan)白酶(mei)菌(jun)(jun)株(zhu)(zhu)對污(wu)泥減(jian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)效(xiao)(xiao)果(guo)最好(hao),培養第(di)3天(tian)減(jian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)效(xiao)(xiao)果(guo)最高達到(dao)15.3%,纖(xian)(xian)維素酶(mei)降(jiang)解菌(jun)(jun)的(de)(de)減(jian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)效(xiao)(xiao)果(guo)最差,只有4.7%。采(cai)用(yong)(yong)復配(pei)菌(jun)(jun)株(zhu)(zhu)處(chu)(chu)理,蛋(dan)白酶(mei)菌(jun)(jun)株(zhu)(zhu)、淀粉酶(mei)菌(jun)(jun)株(zhu)(zhu)、纖(xian)(xian)維素酶(mei)菌(jun)(jun)株(zhu)(zhu)體積比(bi)為7:2:1時,培養第(di)3天(tian)減(jian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)效(xiao)(xiao)果(guo)最高達到(dao)16.4%。單(dan)菌(jun)(jun)株(zhu)(zhu)和(he)復配(pei)菌(jun)(jun)株(zhu)(zhu)在試驗(yan)(yan)第(di)3天(tian)都達到(dao)最高的(de)(de)減(jian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)效(xiao)(xiao)果(guo),第(di)4天(tian)分(fen)別下降(jiang)為12.1%、9.4%,總(zong)體來(lai)看(kan)復配(pei)菌(jun)(jun)株(zhu)(zhu)的(de)(de)減(jian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)效(xiao)(xiao)果(guo)比(bi)單(dan)菌(jun)(jun)株(zhu)(zhu)減(jian)量(liang)(liang)(liang)效(xiao)(xiao)果(guo)好(hao)。
摘要:篩選(xuan)出產淀粉酶(mei)(mei)(mei)、蛋白酶(mei)(mei)(mei)、纖維(wei)素(su)酶(mei)(mei)(mei)的(de)(de)菌(jun)(jun)(jun)株(zhu)(zhu)(zhu),對城鎮污水處理廠的(de)(de)活性污泥進行搖瓶減(jian)(jian)(jian)量試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)。結果(guo)(guo)表明:采用(yong)單菌(jun)(jun)(jun)株(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)處理時,產蛋白酶(mei)(mei)(mei)菌(jun)(jun)(jun)株(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)對污泥減(jian)(jian)(jian)量的(de)(de)效果(guo)(guo)最(zui)好,培養第(di)3天(tian)減(jian)(jian)(jian)量效果(guo)(guo)最(zui)高達到15.3%,纖維(wei)素(su)酶(mei)(mei)(mei)降解菌(jun)(jun)(jun)的(de)(de)減(jian)(jian)(jian)量效果(guo)(guo)最(zui)差,只有4.7%。采用(yong)復配(pei)菌(jun)(jun)(jun)株(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)處理,蛋白酶(mei)(mei)(mei)菌(jun)(jun)(jun)株(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)、淀粉酶(mei)(mei)(mei)菌(jun)(jun)(jun)株(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)、纖維(wei)素(su)酶(mei)(mei)(mei)菌(jun)(jun)(jun)株(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)體(ti)積比為(wei)(wei)7:2:1時,培養第(di)3天(tian)減(jian)(jian)(jian)量效果(guo)(guo)最(zui)高達到16.4%。單菌(jun)(jun)(jun)株(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)和復配(pei)菌(jun)(jun)(jun)株(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)在試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)第(di)3天(tian)都達到最(zui)高的(de)(de)減(jian)(jian)(jian)量效果(guo)(guo),第(di)4天(tian)分別下降為(wei)(wei)12.1%、9.4%,總(zong)體(ti)來看復配(pei)菌(jun)(jun)(jun)株(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)的(de)(de)減(jian)(jian)(jian)量效果(guo)(guo)比單菌(jun)(jun)(jun)株(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)減(jian)(jian)(jian)量效果(guo)(guo)好。
