摘要

污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)脫(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)水(shui)(shui)(shui)是污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)減(jian)量的主(zhu)要手段(duan),直接影(ying)(ying)響(xiang)(xiang)到后續污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)處(chu)(chu)理處(chu)(chu)置.本(ben)(ben)研(yan)究(jiu)以北京某大型污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)處(chu)(chu)理廠A2/O工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)和(he)(he)A2/O-MBR工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)脫(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)水(shui)(shui)(shui)為(wei)(wei)對象,基(ji)于2013年(nian)(nian)全年(nian)(nian)的運行數(shu)據,分析(xi)不(bu)同(tong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)的污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)脫(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)水(shui)(shui)(shui)效果、絮(xu)(xu)凝(ning)劑(ji)投(tou)配(pei)率、污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)脫(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)水(shui)(shui)(shui)電(dian)耗(hao)和(he)(he)污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)脫(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)水(shui)(shui)(shui)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)(ben),并通過冗(rong)余(yu)分析(xi)(RDA)研(yan)究(jiu)了(le)不(bu)同(tong)污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)處(chu)(chu)理工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)脫(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)水(shui)(shui)(shui)性(xing)能(neng)的影(ying)(ying)響(xiang)(xiang)因素.結果表明(ming)(ming),污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)脫(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)水(shui)(shui)(shui)性(xing)能(neng)和(he)(he)絮(xu)(xu)凝(ning)劑(ji)投(tou)配(pei)率均(jun)呈(cheng)現(xian)季節性(xing)變化(hua)特征,冬(dong)季污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)較難(nan)脫(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)水(shui)(shui)(shui),絮(xu)(xu)凝(ning)劑(ji)消耗(hao)大.A2/O-MBR工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)的脫(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)水(shui)(shui)(shui)污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)含水(shui)(shui)(shui)率年(nian)(nian)均(jun)值為(wei)(wei)(81.92±1.64)%,A2/O工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)為(wei)(wei)(82.56±1.35)%,污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)脫(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)水(shui)(shui)(shui)絮(xu)(xu)凝(ning)劑(ji)消耗(hao)(以DS計,下同(tong))分別為(wei)(wei)(8.70±7.25)kg·t-1和(he)(he)(7.42±2.96)kg·t-1,電(dian)耗(hao)(以DS計,下同(tong))分別為(wei)(wei)331.82kW·h·t-1和(he)(he)121.57kW·h·t-1.A2/O-MBR工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)的污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)脫(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)水(shui)(shui)(shui)絮(xu)(xu)凝(ning)劑(ji)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)(ben)(以DS計,下同(tong))為(wei)(wei)204.76元·t-1,用(yong)電(dian)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)(ben)為(wei)(wei)231.61元·t-1;A2/O工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)(yi)的污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)脫(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)水(shui)(shui)(shui)絮(xu)(xu)凝(ning)劑(ji)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)(ben)為(wei)(wei)175.00元·t-1,用(yong)電(dian)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)本(ben)(ben)為(wei)(wei)84.86元·t-1.RDA分析(xi)表明(ming)(ming),水(shui)(shui)(shui)溫等季節性(xing)因素引起(qi)污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)有(you)機質變化(hua)是影(ying)(ying)響(xiang)(xiang)污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)脫(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)水(shui)(shui)(shui)性(xing)能(neng)的關鍵(jian)因素之一,此外(wai),污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)齡(ling)也與污(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)(ni)脫(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)水(shui)(shui)(shui)性(xing)能(neng)有(you)一定相(xiang)關性(xing).
