北京自備井水源內毒素污染及與其他水質參數的相關分析
摘要
本研究采集(ji)駐京部隊14個自(zi)備井水源(yuan)樣品,采用(yong)動態(tai)濁度東(dong)方鱟試(shi)驗定量檢(jian)測內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)毒(du)素(su)(su)(su)活(huo)性(xing),同時檢(jian)測了細菌(jun)(jun)總(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(流式細胞術(shu)法(fa)(fa))、異養菌(jun)(jun)平(ping)板(ban)(ban)計數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(HPC)、菌(jun)(jun)落(luo)總(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(平(ping)板(ban)(ban)法(fa)(fa))、總(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)大(da)(da)腸(chang)菌(jun)(jun)群(qun)、顆粒(li)物特征、濁度、溶(rong)解性(xing)有機碳(DOC)和UV254值(zhi),比(bi)較(jiao)了內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)毒(du)素(su)(su)(su)與這些水質參(can)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)的(de)相(xiang)關(guan)(guan)性(xing).結(jie)果表(biao)(biao)明自(zi)備井水源(yuan)的(de)總(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)毒(du)素(su)(su)(su)活(huo)性(xing)為(wei)0.15~13.20EU·mL-1,其(qi)中游(you)離態(tai)內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)毒(du)素(su)(su)(su)活(huo)性(xing)為(wei)0.10~5.29EU·mL-1,結(jie)合態(tai)內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)毒(du)素(su)(su)(su)活(huo)性(xing)為(wei)0.01~8.60EU·mL-1.對(dui)于(yu)(yu)內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)毒(du)素(su)(su)(su)污染較(jiao)嚴重的(de)自(zi)備井水源(yuan)來說,結(jie)合態(tai)內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)毒(du)素(su)(su)(su)所(suo)占比(bi)例(li)明顯(xian)高于(yu)(yu)游(you)離態(tai)內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)毒(du)素(su)(su)(su).總(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)毒(du)素(su)(su)(su)與其(qi)他水質參(can)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)關(guan)(guan)聯順序為(wei)細菌(jun)(jun)總(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(流式細胞術(shu)法(fa)(fa))(r=0.88)>HPC(r=0.79)>DOC(r=0.77)>UV254(r=0.57)>總(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)大(da)(da)腸(chang)菌(jun)(jun)群(qun)(r=0.50)>菌(jun)(jun)落(luo)總(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)-平(ping)板(ban)(ban)法(fa)(fa)(r=0.49)=濁度(r=0.49)>顆粒(li)物總(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(r=0.41).結(jie)合態(tai)內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)毒(du)素(su)(su)(su)與其(qi)他水質參(can)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)關(guan)(guan)聯順序為(wei)細菌(jun)(jun)總(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)-流式細胞術(shu)法(fa)(fa)(r=0.81)>HPC(r=0.66)>總(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)大(da)(da)腸(chang)菌(jun)(jun)群(qun)(r=0.65)>濁度(r=0.62)>顆粒(li)物總(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(r=0.58)>菌(jun)(jun)落(luo)總(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(平(ping)板(ban)(ban)法(fa)(fa))(r=0.22).游(you)離態(tai)內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)毒(du)素(su)(su)(su)與水中DOC、UV254的(de)相(xiang)關(guan)(guan)系(xi)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)r分(fen)別為(wei)0.58和0.26,結(jie)果表(biao)(biao)明游(you)離態(tai)內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)毒(du)素(su)(su)(su)與水中DOC的(de)相(xiang)關(guan)(guan)性(xing)較(jiao)大(da)(da),與UV254相(xiang)關(guan)(guan)性(xing)很小.
