大風量低濃度VOCs氣體二次吸附濃縮凈化技術開發

針對(dui)(dui)許(xu)多生(sheng)產工藝(yi)(yi)過(guo)程(cheng)的(de)VOCs排放呈現出(chu)大風量、低濃(nong)(nong)(nong)度(du)(du)和間(jian)歇排放的(de)特點(dian),本研(yan)究以活(huo)性炭和異丙醇(chun)為例進(jin)行了一種針對(dui)(dui)低濃(nong)(nong)(nong)度(du)(du)氣(qi)體的(de)吸(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)加中(zhong)溫(wen)(wen)再生(sheng)二(er)(er)次吸(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)凈化工藝(yi)(yi)的(de)研(yan)發。結(jie)果表(biao)(biao)明,在入口濃(nong)(nong)(nong)度(du)(du)約(yue)400mg/m3時,活(huo)性炭在30℃和70℃的(de)平(ping)衡(heng)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)之(zhi)間(jian)存在約(yue)4%的(de)吸(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)有(you)效(xiao)工作容量。對(dui)(dui)再生(sheng)能耗對(dui)(dui)比發現,進(jin)口VOCs濃(nong)(nong)(nong)度(du)(du)越低,新工藝(yi)(yi)節(jie)能效(xiao)果越明顯。吸(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)穿透曲線表(biao)(biao)明,隨(sui)著過(guo)濾(lv)風速的(de)減小,穿透前能處理(li)的(de)風量隨(sui)之(zhi)增加。對(dui)(dui)于低濃(nong)(nong)(nong)度(du)(du)吸(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)凈化過(guo)程(cheng),采用(yong)(yong)中(zhong)溫(wen)(wen)脫附(fu)(fu)(fu)可以有(you)效(xiao)濃(nong)(nong)(nong)縮(suo)有(you)機氣(qi)體,最大可達5.62倍(bei)。以上結(jie)果表(biao)(biao)明,對(dui)(dui)于低濃(nong)(nong)(nong)度(du)(du)吸(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)凈化過(guo)程(cheng),采用(yong)(yong)中(zhong)溫(wen)(wen)脫附(fu)(fu)(fu)加二(er)(er)次吸(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)可起到(dao)經濟有(you)效(xiao)地濃(nong)(nong)(nong)縮(suo)有(you)機氣(qi)體的(de)作用(yong)(yong)。
