乳液電紡纖維膜固定化漆酶及其對水中酚類污染物的降解
摘要:
為(wei)了(le)提(ti)高(gao)(gao)漆(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)酶(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)在(zai)水(shui)(shui)體有機污染(ran)物控制中(zhong)的(de)(de)實用(yong)(yong)(yong)性,以乳(ru)液(ye)電(dian)紡作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)酶(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)固(gu)(gu)(gu)定(ding)化(hua)(hua)方法,以電(dian)紡纖(xian)(xian)維(wei)膜(mo)(mo)作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)載體制備固(gu)(gu)(gu)定(ding)化(hua)(hua)漆(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)酶(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei),考(kao)察并優(you)化(hua)(hua)了(le)紡絲電(dian)壓、乳(ru)化(hua)(hua)劑和酶(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)溶液(ye)添加量等因素對載漆(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)酶(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)電(dian)紡纖(xian)(xian)維(wei)膜(mo)(mo)形貌(mao)和酶(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)學性能(neng)的(de)(de)影響。結(jie)果表(biao)明,在(zai)紡絲電(dian)壓為(wei)12kV、乳(ru)化(hua)(hua)劑F108添加量為(wei)10wt%(相對于聚(ju)合物質量),漆(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)酶(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)溶液(ye)添加量為(wei)0.5mL的(de)(de)最優(you)條件下,所得(de)(de)電(dian)紡纖(xian)(xian)維(wei)膜(mo)(mo)固(gu)(gu)(gu)定(ding)化(hua)(hua)漆(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)酶(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)能(neng)保持78.6%的(de)(de)活(huo)性,且纖(xian)(xian)維(wei)呈(cheng)殼-核(he)結(jie)構,漆(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)酶(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)可(ke)以被成功包埋固(gu)(gu)(gu)定(ding)在(zai)電(dian)紡纖(xian)(xian)維(wei)的(de)(de)核(he)部分,使漆(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)酶(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)具有良好的(de)(de)儲存和操作(zuo)(zuo)穩定(ding)性。將固(gu)(gu)(gu)定(ding)化(hua)(hua)漆(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)酶(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)用(yong)(yong)(yong)于凈(jing)化(hua)(hua)水(shui)(shui)中(zhong)典型酚(fen)(fen)類污染(ran)物,結(jie)果表(biao)明,其對水(shui)(shui)中(zhong)2,4-二氯(lv)酚(fen)(fen)、雙酚(fen)(fen)A和三氯(lv)生(sheng)的(de)(de)去除效率均(jun)高(gao)(gao)于75%;且得(de)(de)益于纖(xian)(xian)維(wei)膜(mo)(mo)對水(shui)(shui)中(zhong)三氯(lv)生(sheng)的(de)(de)強吸附作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)(yong)(yong),固(gu)(gu)(gu)定(ding)化(hua)(hua)漆(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)酶(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)對三氯(lv)生(sheng)的(de)(de)降解率達到83.2%,甚至高(gao)(gao)于游離漆(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)酶(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)(74.3%)。乳(ru)液(ye)電(dian)紡纖(xian)(xian)維(wei)膜(mo)(mo)固(gu)(gu)(gu)定(ding)化(hua)(hua)漆(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)酶(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)在(zai)水(shui)(shui)中(zhong)酚(fen)(fen)類污染(ran)物凈(jing)化(hua)(hua)方面表(biao)現出良好的(de)(de)應用(yong)(yong)(yong)前景。
