納米TiO2吸附HgCl2水溶液中Hg(Ⅱ)
摘要
通過室內模(mo)擬實驗(yan)研究了3種(zhong)不同(tong)粒(li)徑TiO2添(tian)加(jia)量(liang)、溶液pH、吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)時間(jian)及初(chu)(chu)始(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)Hg2+濃度(du)等因素(su)對(dui)(dui)模(mo)擬廢水(shui)中Hg(Ⅱ)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)效果(guo)的影(ying)響.由(you)單(dan)因素(su)研究可知最優條(tiao)件(jian)為(wei)(wei):5nmTiO2和(he)100nmTiO2添(tian)加(jia)量(liang)分(fen)(fen)別(bie)為(wei)(wei)7.5g·L-1和(he)2.0g·L-1,其(qi)它條(tiao)件(jian)相(xiang)同(tong),溶液pH為(wei)(wei)8.0,初(chu)(chu)始(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)Hg2+濃度(du)均為(wei)(wei)15mg·L-1,吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)5min,汞的去除(chu)率(lv)分(fen)(fen)別(bie)為(wei)(wei)99.5%和(he)99.3%;25nmTiO2添(tian)加(jia)量(liang)為(wei)(wei)10g·L-1,溶液pH為(wei)(wei)8.0,初(chu)(chu)始(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)Hg2+濃度(du)為(wei)(wei)15mg·L-1,吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)60min時,汞的去除(chu)率(lv)為(wei)(wei)62.8%.3種(zhong)粒(li)徑TiO2吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)Hg(Ⅱ)強弱順序為(wei)(wei):100nmTiO2>5nmTiO2>25nmTiO2.分(fen)(fen)兩(liang)次量(liang)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)結果(guo)表明(ming)(ming),5nmTiO2分(fen)(fen)量(liang)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)效果(guo)明(ming)(ming)顯優于單(dan)獨吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)效果(guo);100nmTiO2的分(fen)(fen)量(liang)吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)與單(dan)獨吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)差異不大.正(zheng)交試驗(yan)結果(guo)表明(ming)(ming),影(ying)響Hg(Ⅱ)去除(chu)率(lv)的因素(su)排序為(wei)(wei):溶液pH>初(chu)(chu)始(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)Hg2+濃度(du)>吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)時間(jian)>TiO2添(tian)加(jia)量(liang).最優實驗(yan)方案(an)為(wei)(wei):溶液pH=8.0,100nmTiO2添(tian)加(jia)量(liang)為(wei)(wei)2.0g·L-1,初(chu)(chu)始(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)Hg2+濃度(du)為(wei)(wei)25mg·L-1,吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)10min.在此實驗(yan)條(tiao)件(jian)下(xia),Hg(Ⅱ)去除(chu)率(lv)為(wei)(wei)99.9%,吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)后溶液中Hg(Ⅱ)平衡濃度(du)為(wei)(wei)0.033mg·L-1<0.05mg·L-1,低(di)于目前企業(ye)規(gui)定的水(shui)污染(ran)物(wu)中汞的排放限值(zhi),Hg(Ⅱ)的最大吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)量(liang)為(wei)(wei)26.95mg·g-1.吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)等溫線符合Langmuir等溫方程,說明(ming)(ming)100nmTiO2對(dui)(dui)Hg(Ⅱ)的吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu)是典型(xing)的單(dan)分(fen)(fen)子層吸(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)附(fu)(fu)(fu).
