不同容積負荷下有機廢水發酵產酸和產乙醇特性

采(cai)用上流式厭氧(yang)污泥(ni)床(UASB)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),研究了反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)在(zai)不(bu)同的(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)力停留時間(jian)(HRT)和不(bu)同進(jin)水(shui)(shui)容(rong)積(ji)負荷(VLR)下,高(gao)(gao)濃(nong)(nong)度(du)有機廢水(shui)(shui)發酵(jiao)時產(chan)(chan)酸(suan)(suan)產(chan)(chan)乙(yi)醇(chun)特性(xing)。結果表(biao)明,在(zai)厭氧(yang)反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)初期,隨(sui)著反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)水(shui)(shui)力停留時間(jian)的(de)(de)減少和進(jin)水(shui)(shui)容(rong)積(ji)負荷的(de)(de)增加,反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)內的(de)(de)pH值降低后(hou)穩定(ding)在(zai)3.81~4.55之間(jian),氧(yang)化還原(yuan)電位(ORP)一直處于波動狀態。反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)發酵(jiao)液中主要成分濃(nong)(nong)度(du)隨(sui)進(jin)水(shui)(shui)容(rong)積(ji)負荷的(de)(de)提高(gao)(gao)而變(bian)化,且乙(yi)醇(chun)的(de)(de)濃(nong)(nong)度(du)一直很低。當VLR為(wei)(wei)9kgCOD/(m3·d)時,乙(yi)酸(suan)(suan)濃(nong)(nong)度(du)最高(gao)(gao),且最高(gao)(gao)值為(wei)(wei)961.40mg/L,當VLR為(wei)(wei)48kgCOD/(m3·d),乙(yi)醇(chun)平(ping)均(jun)(jun)濃(nong)(nong)度(du)升高(gao)(gao),最大值為(wei)(wei)142.98mg/L。在(zai)乙(yi)醇(chun)平(ping)均(jun)(jun)濃(nong)(nong)度(du)最大時,反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)穩定(ding)的(de)(de)平(ping)均(jun)(jun)產(chan)(chan)氫速率(lv)為(wei)(wei)887mL/d。反(fan)(fan)(fan)(fan)應(ying)(ying)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)運行(xing)前后(hou)顆(ke)粒(li)污表(biao)面泥(ni)都(dou)有桿狀微生(sheng)物存(cun)在(zai),但具有產(chan)(chan)酸(suan)(suan)特性(xing)的(de)(de)污泥(ni)表(biao)面胞外聚合物含量相對較少。
