復合催化膜生物反應器處理一氧化氮廢氣研究
摘要
采(cai)用溶膠(jiao)(jiao)-凝膠(jiao)(jiao)法以(yi)聚砜(PSF)中(zhong)空纖維膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)為載(zai)體(ti)制(zhi)備了(le)Fe-TiO2/PSF復(fu)合(he)(he)催(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo),以(yi)此構(gou)建新(xin)型復(fu)合(he)(he)催(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)生(sheng)物(wu)(wu)反(fan)應(ying)器(HCMBR),實(shi)現(xian)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)催(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)與硝化(hua)(hua)(hua)反(fan)硝化(hua)(hua)(hua)耦合(he)(he)煙氣脫硝,進一步提高NO去(qu)(qu)(qu)除(chu)能力.采(cai)用Fe-TiO2/PSF復(fu)合(he)(he)催(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)生(sheng)物(wu)(wu)反(fan)應(ying)器(HCMBR)處理一氧化(hua)(hua)(hua)氮廢氣,實(shi)現(xian)了(le)180d長時間高效(xiao)穩定運(yun)行,NO去(qu)(qu)(qu)除(chu)效(xiao)率(lv)可(ke)達(da)93.2%,去(qu)(qu)(qu)除(chu)能力可(ke)達(da)167.1g·(m3·h)-1.適宜運(yun)行條件(jian)為:氣體(ti)停留時間9s、自然光光照強度670lx,pH為6.8~7.2,nC/nN=3.7.Fe-TiO2/PSF復(fu)合(he)(he)催(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)加(jia)入,復(fu)合(he)(he)催(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)生(sheng)物(wu)(wu)反(fan)應(ying)器去(qu)(qu)(qu)除(chu)NO的效(xiao)率(lv)比(bi)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)生(sheng)物(wu)(wu)反(fan)應(ying)器提高了(le)1.4%~13%,在Fe-TiO2/PSF復(fu)合(he)(he)催(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)附著(zhu)穩定的生(sheng)物(wu)(wu)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)后,復(fu)合(he)(he)催(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)生(sheng)物(wu)(wu)反(fan)應(ying)器去(qu)(qu)(qu)除(chu)NO的效(xiao)率(lv)比(bi)濕式膜(mo)(mo)(mo)(mo)催(cui)(cui)化(hua)(hua)(hua)反(fan)應(ying)器提高了(le)59.5%~66%.
