絮凝沉淀+臭氧氧化工藝深度處理印染廢水二級出水
摘要:
以實際印染廠二級生化(hua)(hua)出水(shui)(shui)(shui)為(wei)處理對象,以COD、色(se)度(du)(du)、UV254為(wei)評價(jia)指(zhi)標,采用先絮(xu)(xu)凝(ning)(ning)沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)后(hou)臭氧(yang)(yang)(yang)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)及先臭氧(yang)(yang)(yang)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)后(hou)絮(xu)(xu)凝(ning)(ning)沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)2種工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)分別(bie)進(jin)行印染廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)深度(du)(du)處理實驗。結果(guo)表明(ming),當進(jin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)質為(wei):COD80~120mg/L、UV2540.30~0.70、色(se)度(du)(du)72~84倍,在絮(xu)(xu)凝(ning)(ning)劑投(tou)加(jia)量(liang)(liang)為(wei)13.5mg/L、臭氧(yang)(yang)(yang)投(tou)加(jia)量(liang)(liang)為(wei)16mg/L、氧(yang)(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)反應(ying)30min時,先絮(xu)(xu)凝(ning)(ning)沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)后(hou)臭氧(yang)(yang)(yang)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)出水(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)COD、UV254、色(se)度(du)(du)平均值分別(bie)為(wei)45.1mg/L和0.11、4倍;在臭氧(yang)(yang)(yang)投(tou)加(jia)量(liang)(liang)為(wei)16mg/L、氧(yang)(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)反應(ying)30min、絮(xu)(xu)凝(ning)(ning)劑投(tou)加(jia)量(liang)(liang)為(wei)10.1mg/L時,先臭氧(yang)(yang)(yang)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)后(hou)絮(xu)(xu)凝(ning)(ning)沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)出水(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)COD、UV254、色(se)度(du)(du)分別(bie)為(wei)45mg/L和0.10、4倍,說明(ming)2種工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)均是(shi)可行的(de),且(qie)先臭氧(yang)(yang)(yang)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)后(hou)絮(xu)(xu)凝(ning)(ning)沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)(dian)為(wei)較(jiao)優工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)。
