NO對厭氧氨氧化反應的影響

通(tong)過在(zai)厭氧(yang)(yang)(yang)氨氧(yang)(yang)(yang)化塔式(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)物濾(lv)池(chi)內通(tong)入(ru)不(bu)同濃(nong)度(du)(du)(du)(du)的NO氣體(ti),探究NO對厭氧(yang)(yang)(yang)氨氧(yang)(yang)(yang)化反(fan)應(ying)的影響(xiang)。當NO進(jin)(jin)氣濃(nong)度(du)(du)(du)(du)升(sheng)(sheng)高(gao)(gao)(gao)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)4018mg·m-3,NO2--N進(jin)(jin)水(shui)濃(nong)度(du)(du)(du)(du)降(jiang)低(di)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)20mg·L-1時(shi),NO-N在(zai)電子(zi)受(shou)體(ti)中的比(bi)例升(sheng)(sheng)高(gao)(gao)(gao)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)78.8%,NO去除速率最高(gao)(gao)(gao)達(da)165.8mg·d-1,證明厭氧(yang)(yang)(yang)氨氧(yang)(yang)(yang)化菌可以(yi)利用NO-N為電子(zi)受(shou)體(ti)進(jin)(jin)行厭氧(yang)(yang)(yang)氨氧(yang)(yang)(yang)化反(fan)應(ying)脫除NO。在(zai)這一過程中,TN去除負(fu)荷與不(bu)通(tong)入(ru)NO時(shi)相比(bi)下降(jiang)了(le)74.3%,NO3--N生(sheng)(sheng)成∶NH4+-N消(xiao)耗比(bi)從0.26下降(jiang)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)0.13。當NO進(jin)(jin)氣濃(nong)度(du)(du)(du)(du)升(sheng)(sheng)高(gao)(gao)(gao)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)8036mg·m-3時(shi),NO對厭氧(yang)(yang)(yang)氨氧(yang)(yang)(yang)化菌產生(sheng)(sheng)了(le)抑制(zhi),TN去除負(fu)荷和(he)NO消(xiao)耗速率分別下降(jiang)了(le)47.1%和(he)69.6%,同時(shi)NO2--N在(zai)電子(zi)受(shou)體(ti)中的比(bi)例升(sheng)(sheng)高(gao)(gao)(gao)至(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)56.9%。實(shi)驗證明,提(ti)高(gao)(gao)(gao)NO2--N進(jin)(jin)水(shui)濃(nong)度(du)(du)(du)(du)能降(jiang)低(di)高(gao)(gao)(gao)濃(nong)度(du)(du)(du)(du)NO對厭氧(yang)(yang)(yang)氨氧(yang)(yang)(yang)化菌的抑制(zhi)性。
