3.4治理設施設備的養護管理

城市環境工程污水治理過程離不開污水治理設施設備,實施設備是污水治理技術的載體,如何在種類和數量眾多的設備中優選有效的設備是個關鍵,如何發揮所有設備的效用。污水處理設備有著不同的生命周期,設備在長期的運行時間長,磨損老舊的現象會減短使用壽命,且影響污水治理效果[3]。因此,對污水治理設備進行定時養護和管理,延長設施設備使用壽命,提高污水治理的效率。引入高素質的設備維修和管理人員,定期進行保養和清潔。當設備運行出現異常,及時排查設備運行的不合理地方。另外,為搭配新型污水治理積水,及時更新設施設備,引進先進的設備和技術,推進城市環境工程污水治理工作的進展。 

3.5提升污水治理人員的綜合素質

 

因為我(wo)國城市環境(jing)工程建設發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)時間尚短(duan),所(suo)以(yi)多方內容仍有待完善與提升(sheng),特別是(shi)污水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)理(li)(li)(li)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)綜合素(su)(su)質(zhi)普遍偏(pian)低,無(wu)法給污水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)理(li)(li)(li)工作(zuo)(zuo)提供(gong)可靠的支(zhi)持(chi)(chi)。所(suo)以(yi)必(bi)須(xu)要(yao)采取有效措施來提升(sheng)其(qi)(qi)素(su)(su)質(zhi)[4]。首先,需加強(qiang)培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)污水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)理(li)(li)(li)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan),建設系統的培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)計劃與體(ti)制,對(dui)污水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)理(li)(li)(li)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)開展(zhan)專業技(ji)能以(yi)及(ji)職業道(dao)德素(su)(su)養培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)工作(zuo)(zuo)。同時還可以(yi)選(xuan)擇優秀的污水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)理(li)(li)(li)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)到國外學習電(dian)代華的理(li)(li)(li)念和技(ji)術,進而將其(qi)(qi)應(ying)用到我(wo)國城市環境(jing)污水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)理(li)(li)(li)工作(zuo)(zuo)當中,以(yi)提升(sheng)污水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)理(li)(li)(li)質(zhi)量(liang)。其(qi)(qi)次,應(ying)當要(yao)積極引(yin)進優秀的污水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)理(li)(li)(li)人(ren)(ren)才(cai),切實(shi)提升(sheng)整體(ti)污水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)理(li)(li)(li)隊伍的素(su)(su)質(zhi),為污水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)治(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)理(li)(li)(li)工作(zuo)(zuo)的長(chang)效發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)提供(gong)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)支(zhi)持(chi)(chi)。
