煤制烯烴含鹽廢水近零排放技術的應用
摘 要:與(yu)石油、天然氣相比,我國(guo)煤(mei)(mei)(mei)炭資(zi)源(yuan)更加豐富,發(fa)(fa)展新型煤(mei)(mei)(mei)化工(gong)(gong)(gong)產(chan)(chan)業(ye)是(shi)大勢所(suo)(suo)趨。煤(mei)(mei)(mei)炭和(he)(he)水(shui)(shui)資(zi)源(yuan)的逆向分布導(dao)致煤(mei)(mei)(mei)化工(gong)(gong)(gong)企(qi)業(ye)所(suo)(suo)在地水(shui)(shui)環境問題尤為(wei)(wei)突出。常規處(chu)理工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)難以實(shi)現(xian)廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)達標(biao)排(pai)(pai)(pai)放和(he)(he)資(zi)源(yuan)回用(yong)目(mu)標(biao),需通過特定的近零(ling)(ling)排(pai)(pai)(pai)放技(ji)術工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi),將濃鹽水(shui)(shui)進(jin)一步濃縮(suo)至鹽結(jie)晶,產(chan)(chan)水(shui)(shui)全(quan)部(bu)回用(yong),結(jie)晶鹽外排(pai)(pai)(pai)作為(wei)(wei)固廢(fei)處(chu)置。本文(wen)結(jie)合工(gong)(gong)(gong)程實(shi)例,介紹了某煤(mei)(mei)(mei)化工(gong)(gong)(gong)項(xiang)目(mu)針對生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)過程中產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)的含鹽廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)所(suo)(suo)采(cai)取(qu)的近零(ling)(ling)排(pai)(pai)(pai)放處(chu)理工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)技(ji)術路(lu)線,其主要由(you)含鹽廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)膜處(chu)理單元和(he)(he)濃鹽水(shui)(shui)蒸(zheng)發(fa)(fa)結(jie)晶單元組成。采(cai)用(yong)機(ji)械蒸(zheng)汽壓(ya)縮(suo)循(xun)(xun)環、強制(zhi)循(xun)(xun)環降膜蒸(zheng)發(fa)(fa)、高效傳熱和(he)(he)鹽種等技(ji)術,同時對蒸(zheng)發(fa)(fa)結(jie)晶近零(ling)(ling)排(pai)(pai)(pai)放系統進(jin)行改進(jin)和(he)(he)優化。裝置實(shi)際運行結(jie)果表(biao)明:各項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)參數指標(biao)及藥劑和(he)(he)能(neng)源(yuan)消耗量均達到設計(ji)要求,產(chan)(chan)水(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)質達到優質再生(sheng)水(shui)(shui)回用(yong)標(biao)準,實(shi)現(xian)整套(tao)裝置長周期穩定運行及廢(fei)水(shui)(shui)近零(ling)(ling)排(pai)(pai)(pai)放目(mu)標(biao)。

結 論
(1)針(zhen)對煤制(zhi)烯烴含(han)鹽廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)(shui)質(zhi)特(te)點和(he)處(chu)理現狀,采用(yong)新型高效預(yu)處(chu)理耦合含(han)鹽廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)膜處(chu)理和(he)濃鹽水(shui)(shui)(shui)MVR蒸發結晶處(chu)理工藝,實現廢(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)治理-產水(shui)(shui)(shui)回用(yong)-零液(ye)外排多重(zhong)目標。
(2)采用濃(nong)鹽水蒸(zheng)發結晶(jing)近零排放新技術工藝(yi)路線,克服傳(chuan)統蒸(zheng)發結晶(jing)工藝(yi)的不(bu)足之處(chu),確(que)保裝置長周(zhou)期無(wu)垢化穩定運行。進一(yi)步提高廢水回(hui)收率和(he)蒸(zheng)汽潛熱利用率,有效降低運行成本和(he)設備維(wei)護費用。
(3)蒸發結(jie)晶近零排放(fang)裝置系統(tong)實際(ji)工程運行(xing)情況良(liang)好,其生產(chan)能力,原(yuan)料、燃料及(ji)動(dong)力消(xiao)耗,主要工藝指標和產(chan)品水(shui)質量均(jun)符(fu)合設計要求,廠區實現真正廢水(shui)近零排放(fang)。該含鹽廢水(shui)近零排放(fang)處理工藝可進一步在石化、電(dian)力、化工、冶金、市政等行(xing)業進行(xing)推(tui)廣應用。
