處理低負荷污水
有(you)(you)些單位將生(sheng)活(huo)污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)與(yu)沖(chong)洗水(shui)(shui)混(hun)合排放,導致生(sheng)活(huo)污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)中有(you)(you)機物濃度較(jiao)低,不適(shi)合普通(tong)的活(huo)性污(wu)(wu)(wu)泥法(fa)處理。張興(xing)文等(deng)利用MBBR工藝處理中國石(shi)化撫順乙(yi)烯(xi)有(you)(you)限公(gong)司廠區內生(sheng)活(huo)污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)及沖(chong)洗水(shui)(shui)的混(hun)合排放污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)。
具體工(gong)藝流程(cheng)為(wei)調節池-MBBR-沉淀(dian)池-纖(xian)維球過濾罐(guan)-活(huo)性炭過濾罐(guan)。進水(shui)(shui)水(shui)(shui)質為(wei)COD76mg/L、BOD37mg/L,在水(shui)(shui)力停(ting)留時間為(wei)2.4h、氣水(shui)(shui)比為(wei)4:1的情況下,出(chu)水(shui)(shui)各項水(shui)(shui)質指標均可達(da)到國家(jia)環保冷卻水(shui)(shui)回用標準要(yao)求。
馬(ma)建勇(yong)等研究了MBBR處理低負荷生(sheng)活污(wu)(wu)水時(shi)(shi)啟(qi)(qi)動和運行(xing)的性能和特點(dian),發(fa)現(xian)(xian)閉(bi)路循環法比排泥掛膜法啟(qi)(qi)動稍慢,但運行(xing)初期(qi)的處理效果比后者(zhe)好。同(tong)時(shi)(shi)還考察了懸(xuan)浮污(wu)(wu)泥與(yu)填料(liao)生(sheng)物膜之間的關系(xi),發(fa)現(xian)(xian)懸(xuan)浮污(wu)(wu)泥對(dui)填料(liao)生(sheng)物有抑制作用,不利于反應器的長期(qi)穩定運行(xing)。
